What counts as a social profile?
Every social media account that you would like to connect to Sendible will count as one profile. For key networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., each social profile includes the ability to post, pull reports, and to stream comments and feeds.
You can send 100 daily posts per user (or more depending on your plan) across all your social media profiles.
Which social media networks do you support?
Sendible supports all key social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business. You can also monitor and respond to Facebook Ad comments, connect blog platforms including WordPress and Medium to draft posts from within the Sendible dashboard, and much more.
What Instagram functionality does Sendible have?
You can publish photos and videos directly to Instagram Business Profiles as well as schedule reminders for stories and carousel posts with in-app notifications.
You can also geotag locations and automatically include a first comment filled with your hashtags to go out with every post. Unfortunately, we don't support answering direct messages on Instagram at the moment.
Are there limits to posting?
In order to comply with the posting policies of social media sites, we apply a daily posting limit for each user. During the trial period, the limit is set to 100 posts per day per user. Paid users on the Traction plan and above have a higher daily posting limit.
This limit is put in place to prevent social media accounts from being suspended which can happen if your posts are flagged as spam or are reported by social media users for other reasons.
Do you support Google My Business?
Yes, we do support scheduling posts with images to Google My Business so you can keep your locations updated! Reports are not available at the moment and will need to be accessed natively.
Can I add additional profiles or users to my plan?
Yes, you can without needing to upgrade to the next plan up. We bundle our profiles with users and you can add or remove these bundle(s) at any time in your subscription settings.
The number of profiles you get per user varies based on your plan type. So with one bundle on a Starter plan, you will receive an extra user and 12 social profiles for an additional $29. Your total cost per month would then be $58 on a monthly subscription.
However, if you would like additional functionalities available on a higher plan, we recommend upgrading.
What type of customer support is available on each plan?
Get support from real people every step of the way. All plans include access to our helpdesk's how-to articles, live group training sessions, and our live chat which is available during UK business hours (9 am - 8 pm GMT).
1:1 onboarding and additional support are provided by our customer success team for customers on the Growth, Large, and custom plans.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are usually taken monthly but we also offer a 15% discount if you choose to pay annually. If you would prefer to pay by invoice or purchase order, please contact us.
Please note: If you are a UK-based customer, you will also be billed VAT.
Which currencies do you support?
We currently support three currencies: USD (U.S. Dollar), EUR (Euro), and GBP (British Pound). Unfortunately, we do not support any other currencies at the moment.
Are there contracts or commitments?
There are no contracts on our standard plans and you can cancel at any time. At the end of your free 14-day trial, you’ll be asked to add your credit card. If you add a credit card during the trial, you'll be billed automatically at the end of your trial period.
If you sign a contract for a custom or a White Label plan, the terms outlined in the contract will be applicable.
Do you offer discounts to nonprofits and charities?
Yes, we do! If you're a nonprofit or charitable organization, you can receive a monthly discount of 15% on any plan. If you choose to pay annually, you can get a 25% discount on any plan.
Please note that only one type of discount can be applied to your account at a time.
Can you complete a RFP (request for proposal)?
Unfortunately, we do not provide RFPs at the moment. We do, however, offer a free 14-day trial and can provide a personal demo for Growth plans and above.
Lifetime deals are becoming a common strategy especially for startups to get an influx of beta users.
The seller is willing to let this initial group of users get access for a one time fee to get an immediate cash injection into their business that can often negate the need for venture capital.
The other benefit is the seller gets a motivated study group of users with valuable feedback to make their app better.
However larger companies tend to be more hesitant to embrace the lifetime deal model but there are ways that it can become more appealing to them as a business.
First by getting more people on the waitlist and secondly by making adjustments to the terms of the lifetime deal that are considerate to both seller and buyers long term cashflow.
So as you can see when it comes to software, the risks are quite low to you the buyer as long as you do your due diligence.
Most reputable lifetime deal offers will offer you a money back guarantee of between 30-60 days. Beware of any offer that doesn’t provide you this guarantee.
All lifetime deals featured on Bootstrapps will include future updates and support direct from the seller.
There is nothing worse than buying an app that doesn’t work with your other business critical apps.
So make sure to visit their features page and if they don’t mention supporting your specific apps then see if they support Zapier or web hooks. This will give you flexibility for the future.
