You can create an unlimited number of surveys on any Nicereply plans. The only thing we count is the number of actual survey responses you get. If you exceed the number of responses for your plan, your plan will be upgraded automatically starting next month.
What are agents, things and actions?
A survey can be associated with a particular agent (e.g. Asking how specific customer support agent performed), but also with things and actions you'd like to get feedback on. An example for this would be collecting feedback on a weekly newsletter, or on your shopping experience. Each plan allows you to collect feedback for a combined number of agents, things and actions. If you exceed the number for your plan, your plan will be upgraded automatically starting next month.
Can I cancel or change plans at a later time?
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you want from within your account. You can also cancel your account without any cancelation fees.
